這本書博客來買不到，似乎已經絕版，只好在露天買簡體版。
前陣子讀克里希那穆提的書，有些觀念在《一味》這本書中再度出現，就是真理不在時間的範圍內，那不是會生滅的東西，換句話說，脫離了苦。
下面節錄書中的某幾篇日記，有興趣可以閱讀看看，這本書值得買。
P.S. 我是看過《萬法簡史》電子版才決定買他的書，他的見解非常獨特。
用書中引用的一段話做開頭：
